Raffael is Co-founder & CEO of Formo (formerly LegenDairy Foods), Europe’s leading cultured dairy company. He has been working in venture development at different fast-growth, VC-backed startups in food and fashion. Previously, he was part of Atlantic Food Labs, a Berlin-based VC and company builder focused on food, health & sustainability. He studied Strategy and International Management at the University of St.Gallen in Switzerland.
